For Executives & Professionals

Your communication style is different. Your ambition isn't.

Whether you lead with an AAC device, communicate primarily in writing, or work around a fluency challenge — your professional goals deserve infrastructure that keeps up with you.

Voicespeaks matches you with a dedicated VA trained to work with your specific communication method. Not a general assistant who has to be educated on the basics. A professional who already understands.

general VA platforms offer purpose-built matching for professionals who use AAC, text-based communication, or have fluency differences. We built Voicespeaks because that gap is inexcusable.

1 VA

can recover 10–20 hours per week of executive capacity — time currently lost to communication overhead that a trained assistant can absorb.

How Executives Use Voicespeaks

Board & Executive Correspondence

Your VA drafts, refines, and sends communications with stakeholders, board members, and partners — with your voice, your strategy, your intent.

Meeting Preparation & Follow-up

Pre-meeting briefs, agenda preparation, real-time note-taking, and post-meeting action items handled end-to-end so you can focus on the room.

Client & Business Development

Outreach, follow-up sequences, proposal coordination — your VA manages the pipeline touchpoints that require consistent, professional communication.

Document & Research Briefings

Market intelligence, competitive research, legal document review coordination, white papers — digested and formatted to your preference before it reaches your desk.

How It Works

Support that starts in days, not weeks

We move at the pace your business demands — thoughtful matching without unnecessary delays.

1

Tell us about your work

Share your communication preferences, the scope of support you need, and how a great working relationship looks for you — by email, text, AAC output, or a brief call. We meet you where you are.

2

We make a thoughtful match

No algorithm. A real member of our team reviews your profile and pairs you with a VA whose skills, communication training, and professional background align with yours. You approve the match.

3

Operational support begins

Your VA integrates into your workflow. From day one, they handle the communications, logistics, and administrative weight that have been costing you time and energy.

Services

Everything your executive operations require

Your VA is trained across the full spectrum of professional support — not a task dispatcher, but an operational partner.

Executive Correspondence

Drafting, proofreading, and sending emails, memos, and letters on your behalf — in your voice, to your standards.

Calendar & Scheduling

Full calendar ownership — meeting coordination, travel scheduling, conflict resolution, reminders, and prep time protection.

Document Preparation

Reports, proposals, presentations, briefs, and business documents — structured and formatted to your specifications.

Meeting Management

Pre-meeting briefs, agenda distribution, live note-taking, and structured follow-up — every meeting moves the business forward.

Research & Intelligence Briefs

Market research, competitive analysis, background checks, and curated briefing documents delivered in your preferred format.

CRM & Pipeline Management

Contact management, follow-up sequencing, opportunity tracking, and client outreach — your pipeline stays warm and current.

Phone & Voice Representation

Calls to service providers, partners, and institutions that are better handled by voice — with full context and your authorization.

Project & Operations Coordination

Cross-team coordination, vendor management, deadline tracking, and project logistics — keeping your operations moving without your constant oversight.

The People Behind It

Built by people who understand what's at stake.

Voicespeaks isn't a tech product. It's a team of people who chose to focus on a community the industry consistently overlooks.

We're a small, deliberate team — growing thoughtfully and hiring people whose values align with our mission before their resume does.

Connect With Our Team
The speech-impaired professional doesn't need sympathy. They need infrastructure. The gap isn't in their ability — it's in the support systems that were never designed with them in mind. We're fixing that.

Why Voicespeaks

Not retrofitted. Built from the ground up.

Every design decision we've made — in our matching process, our training, our communication — started by asking what actually works for a speech-impaired executive. Not what works for everyone else.

Communication is the product, not an afterthought

Every VA we work with is oriented in AAC, alternative communication methods, and adaptive working styles. When you onboard, your VA already understands the landscape. You spend your time working, not training.

Every match is a human decision

We don't use algorithms to match clients to VAs. A member of our team reviews your profile, your communication method, your professional context, and makes a deliberate recommendation. You approve the match.

We stay involved — it's not set and forget

Regular check-ins, proactive outreach when something shifts, and a clear escalation path if a match isn't working. We're accountable for outcomes, not just introductions.

Your business is the priority, not our scale

We are intentionally small and growing deliberately. Every client we take on gets real attention from our team. We will not scale faster than our quality allows.
